RETURNS

Due to health concerns, returns are only allowed on damaged items.  Please verify that you're ordering the right gauge, length, etc  before ordering.  If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.  We advise purchasing insurance.  Sometimes the post office considers little bubble wrapped packages indestructible, and big heavy boxes get thrown on top of them.  While 99% of the time our packaging will hold up to this abuse, there is that one time out of 1,000, and we don't want it to be you.
